Forma

Forma, designed by Frank Gehry, is a livable sculpture with interiors carefully carved into elevated lifestyle spaces by Studio Paolo Ferrari. The project offers world-class features and finishes, with options for upgrades and customization. The amenity program is user-centric, divided into three sections: entertaining and hospitality, health and wellness, and co-working.

Forma is a metaphor for Toronto, youthful, energetic, and unrelenting, with a wonderful connection to the outdoors, the lake, and public parks. The design encapsulates the tower’s location and balances that exuberance with restorative qualities.

Forma homes offer a choice of plank laminate flooring in entries, kitchens, principal living areas, and bedrooms. The kitchens are showpieces executed in light, medium, and dark palettes. The principal bathroom is layered with functionality, with large-format floor-to-ceiling porcelain tile making for a serene at-home spa experience.

Forma’s amenities include meeting rooms, a co-working lounge, a recording studio, a maker’s studio, an outdoor terrace, lounge seating, and a coffee bar. These are flexible but purposeful spaces designed to foster connection and celebrate community.

Given the project’s location in Toronto, residents can expect easy access to a variety of amenities such as parks, shopping centers, restaurants, and public transportation.
