Fifteen Fifteen is a new condo by Kingswood Properties and Bosa Properties currently under construction at 1515 Alberni Street, Vancouver. The community is scheduled for completion in Fall/Winter 2027.

Fifteen Fifteen by Ole Scheeren

Architecture must be precise in many ways. There is the obvious technical or mathematical idea of precision—realizing demands and fulfilling requirements without error. However, architecture also has to be precise in how it defines spaces for living, in how it opens up possibilities for people’s lives. For many years, I have explored the question of how we want to live—in relation to our own private spaces as well as our communities, our cities, and the environment—and what architecture means in this context.

Born from an idea of three‑dimensional living, Fifteen Fifteen’s strong sculptural form introduces horizontality to an urban tower. Its distinctive silhouette flows from the idea of activation. Fifteen Fifteen is about connectivity—connecting people to each other and to their surroundings—and offers an interactive way of living.

The tower reaches out and projects out towards the water, the mountains, and Stanley Park, at the same time drawing Vancouver’s stunning natural setting into the domain of one’s living space and one’s own life. These are qualities that I think no other tower in the world offers.

The Precision, Craftsmanship and Expertise of Bosa Properties and Kingswood Properties

Bringing Ole Scheeren’s precision‑driven architectural vision to life drew on Bosa Properties’ own experience in realizing complex building projects as well as the experience of its curated team of professional partners. Rigorous structural engineering helped create the tower’s more daring architectural moments, particularly the multi‑storey projections wrapped in broad expanses of glass and framed with a robust exposed steel structure. Impeccable craftsmanship is clearly evident at every level, from the tower’s exterior details to interior finishes.

Vision

Fifteen Fifteen by Ole Scheeren is a visionary project

The striking three‑dimensional 42‑storey tower is situated in Coal Harbour, Downtown Vancouver’s most exclusive and desirable enclave. An inspired alternative to typical urban towers, Fifteen Fifteen introduces horizontality to high‑rise living and fulfills Ole Scheeren’s ambition to reconnect architecture with the natural and urban environment. “I wanted to break apart the verticality of the tower, to project and fold elements out horizontally, and to make a clear connection between the natural environment and one’s personal space,” explains Scheeren.

Studio, One, Two and Three Bedroom Residences

The Studio, One, Two and Three Bedroom Residences combine the flexibility of open‑plan living with privacy and seclusion. All of the residences, ranging from studio to three‑bedrooms feature walls of floor‑to‑ceiling glass and sliding glass doors opening onto private balconies.
